Our Story
Evolutionary Edge is a dynamic startup poised to become one of North Carolina's premier marketing and business development firms. Originally based in Philadelphia, we've recently expanded to Raleigh to collaborate with new clients. Despite the challenges of launching during a pandemic, our experience taught us the value of consumer-centric approaches and direct customer engagement. Recognizing the shift towards personalized marketing, we're dedicated to revitalizing brand strategies, targeting desired audiences, and creating memorable experiences for customers. At Evolutionary Edge, we're passionate about empowering young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders to catalyze growth for businesses. Through our comprehensive training and mentorship programs, we equip individuals to lead and expand sales teams, enabling companies to thrive in today's rapidly evolving marketplace. While we serve various brands, our specialized expertise is in telecommunications, non-profit, and government programs. Meet Our Executive Owner
Everett was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, “30 minutes outside the city” as the team likes to poke fun at. Raised by a single mother, his ambition to become better than the average drove him to pursue challenging industries. Everett went to the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate where he studied medical sciences, psychology, law and gender studies. With a lot of interests and a slight indecisive nature, Everett bounced around career paths like many young minds. Initially aspiring to be a plastic surgeon, his ambitions shifted towards profiling with the FBI, piloting, and eventually clinical psychology. After graduating, he took a gap year to gain more experience in psychology at which point he began work as a registered behavioral technician alongside working in the restaurant industry. The pandemic hit soon after which eventually drove him to move into the city of Philadelphia and explore new opportunities. There is when he entered into the business world, completely by accident. He then quickly grew into upper management and now has since expanded his business into North Carolina. Everett, although hardworking and determined, is a light-hearted goofball at his core. His interests include traveling, swimming, eating at new restaurants, and learning something new every day.
